Where the name on your identification document does not match the name on your registered GCash or Maya account, additional verification steps will be required.
Your jllpub account is strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account or any funds associated with it to any other person. Account sharing — allowing another individual to access or use your jllpub account — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jllpub account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jllpub strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account to provide an additional layer of security beyond your password.
You agree to notify jllpub immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach affecting your jllpub credentials. jllpub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be placed on hold pending investigation.

Bets are only valid if accepted by jllpub's system. A bet placed and confirmed on-screen constitutes a valid wager. Bets placed during a session where the player's account balance was insufficient, or where a technical error has caused an incorrect balance to be displayed, are subject to review and may be voided.

In the event of a dispute between you and jllpub, you agree to first contact jllpub's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism.
Any formal legal proceedings arising from disputes related to the jllpub platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified in supplementary agreements.
